Resumo: Procuramos um(a) Gestor(a) de Redes Sociais criativo(a) e proativo(a) para integrar nossa equipe. Esta pessoa será responsável por gerenciar as contas de Facebook e Instagram, interagir com os nossos clientes e processar pedidos através das nossas plataformas sociais. O(a) candidato(a) ideal deve ser organizado(a), ter excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interagir eficazmente com a nossa comunidade online.

Responsabilidades Principais:

Gerenciar e manter as contas do Facebook e Instagram, garantindo publicações e interações consistentes.
Interagir com os clientes, respondendo a mensagens, comentários e dúvidas de forma ágil.
Processar e cumprir os pedidos recebidos pelas redes sociais, garantindo a satisfação do cliente.
Criar e curar conteúdos alinhados com a nossa marca e que engajem o público-alvo.
Monitorar tendências e insights das redes sociais para otimizar o desempenho e expandir o público.
Colaborar com outros departamentos para alinhar as estratégias das redes sociais com os objetivos da empresa.
Acompanhar e relatar as análises de desempenho das redes sociais para melhorar as estratégias.
Diferenciais:

Compreensão e fluência em inglês é uma vantagem, mas não obrigatório.

Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. This person will manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts, engage with our customers, and fulfill orders through our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to interact with our online community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Facebook and Instagram accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
Engage with customers by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Process and fulfill orders through social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Create and curate content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize performance and grow our audience.
Collaborate with other departments to align social media strategies with business objectives.
Track and report on social media analytics to improve strategies.
Bonus Points:

Understanding and speaking English is a plus but not mandatory.
