Job Description SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts in order to drive net sales revenue and operating income with the channel spend budget. You will be required to drive net sales revenue and operating income within trade spend budget. You will require to engage with internal and external cross functional departments including Marketing, Field Teams and Logistics and to ensure a seamless service to customers.Job Description

• Assist as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
