Commercial Manager

Our client a beauty ‘multi-task’ skin care supplier that focuses exclusively on R&D and Manufacture of product, seeks a Commercial Manager that will lead innovation projects from the raw material inception phase – in collaboration with the Durban Specialist Formulation Team, the factory team in Johannesburg and head office in Cape Town – to commercialization globally. This company will welcome your creative ideas to charge their ambitious growth plans! They have developed a culture around doing things differently focusing to simplify messages/processes wherever they can. A large part of simplification resides in communication through product itself, the brand and associated promotion’. The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification with 5 – 8 years of commercial experience within FMCG Manufacturing sector. You will be challenged to make an impact, inspired to do more and have a talent for solving complex problems with new innovative solutions.
