We have a new and exciting opportunity within our CIO function and are on the lookout for a Project Support Officer (PSO) to join our team to support our CIO Leadership team in delivering our Strategy and our innovative portfolio of Change.
As a PSO you’ll be proactively working with members of the CIO LT to drive the delivery and quality of our Investment Portfolio. In the role you’ll be directly involved in supporting the CIO’s on a day to day basis to balance their workload, agree priorities and work on a wider range of activities that ensure the CIO function runs efficiently and effectively.
As you’d be accountable for scheduling and attending key attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key. We’d love you to have experience of a similar position where you have worked within a Change environment to enable you to be a subject matter expert. You’ll need to have strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in the business.

What will it take?
We’re looking for an expert in what they do, exceptionally organised and ability to work on their own initiative. Problem solving and decision making skills are key as well, to be successful for this role you will be proactive in your approach and be able to manage multiple priorities. You will be dealing with senior stakeholders and will therefore be required to communicate effectively, clearly articulating and/or escalating issues ensuring the appropriate actions are taken and sufficient levels of control are in place.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience of working in Change
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Experience in planning and plan execution
- Experience in the production and assurance of quality reports/packs/presentations
