For our activities within Water branch in


Africa, we are currently looking for a



Project Manager



He/she will be located in Addis-Abeba, near the


Employer’s Project Manager.



MISSION



Missions are as follows :



• Ensure the general management and


coordination of the Project;



• Ensure the relations with the Employer and


represent the JV (Tractebel & ELC Electroconsult);



• Ensure the relations with the partner: ELC -


Electroconsult



• Manage the services to answer to the


contractual and technical requirements;



• Supervise the entire project team (Paris,


Addis and Site), manage resources;



• Follow and plan the budget and expenses,



• Be responsible of the project profitability,


of deadline compliance and of the quality of the



deliverables;



• Manage the invoices to the Employer and


ensure follow up and timely execution of payment;



• Ensure the project reporting to the Project


Director and Unit Director.



Educational background







Master in Engineering



CORE SKILLS



• Project and team management;



• Contract management;



• General technical skills in the field of hydropower field (civil works, hydraulic, hydroelectromechanical);



• Fluency in English;



• Experience in international environment;



• Strong autonomy and decisional capacities;



• Relational ease.
