We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Guest Services Team as Guest Services Attendant.

The Four Seasons Hotel the Westcliff, Johannesburg is looking for a Guest Services Attendant. This person must have a commitment and passion and will provide a first class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product.



Job Requirements


We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.



Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language are essential.



This position may require standing outside for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 60lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.



This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.



Additional Skills & Abilities preferred



1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role


Exceptional communication skills and command of English language


Additional language a definite asset for career growth
