Account Manager: Corporate
Purpose of the role:
The sales personserves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible forclient satisfaction. The SP is expected to consistently provide excellentcustomer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goalswithin the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the SP should buildrelationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
Revenue
Achieve annualtargets Maintain healthysales pipeline Customer planmaintenance Delivery of overall growth in terms of total revenue for entire customerbase at agreed % over previous years’ sales levels.Develop a value proposition and ROI of proposals (Customer conversion rate)
Existing Clients and Business development
Responsible forclient communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on clientdeliverables and revenueEnsures that clientissues are dealt with in an efficient manner Owns the contract andcontract renewals for new work for an existing clientAssist with paymentand collections. Works closely withthe project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project statusin order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related tothe project. Aware and in pursuitof opportunities for account growth and new business Communicates theclient's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. Provides regulartwo-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong teamrepresentation and set proper client expectations. Understanding ofcompany capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings tothe client. Reports to theGeneral Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, includingstatus and call reports on a weekly basisClient training andeducation Complete and submittenders
