We are currently looking for conveyancing professionals tojoin an incredible support team in a technology focused international companybased in Cape Town. Responsibilities
Providingprofessional support to customers using Lexis Convey and integrated products telephonically,via email, remote support and live chatContinuouslyimproving your knowledge of our company, relevant products and support policiesin order to provide quick and technically accurate solutions to customersOwningcustomers’ requests until the request is resolved to the customers satisfactionAlwayskeeping the customer informed of progress on their request until resolvedAssistingfellow team members where possibleEscalatingrequest by defined criteria or situation
DesiredSkills and Expertise
Minimumof 5 years’ experience of Conveyancing Minimumof 5 years’ experience working on Lexis Convey Excellent communication skills in both Englishand Afrikaans (Essential)An interest and ability to learn technicalconceptsAbility to multi-taskExtremely resourceful with an outstanding senseof urgencyFriendly and helpful dispositionSelf-motivated and able to use initiative andproblem solveMethodical and good time management skillsAble to work under pressureAbility to impart knowledge
