Description
Position to be based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Looking for a candidate with strong Business to Business and FMCG Retail experience(ideally coming from breweries/soft drink/spirit industries), having handled the responsibility of a 6-8 Million USD business before. Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales management position, coupled with an innovative and out-of-the-box way of identifying new business prospects.
o Implements actions to meet and\or exceed the Budget Gross Sales and Gross Margin.
o Responsible for all the sales and marketing initiatives to boost sales, market share and brand awareness within all the potential distribution networks (Food service, Consumer Goods, B2B) and for all the companies’ brands
o Manages and motivates the Sales Team to achieve the objectives, providing advice, support and training where required.
o Look for new opportunities, new channels and new trends.
o Meet all customers and permanently in contact with all market layers, distributors/ Retailers /Hotel /Procurement/Breweries
o Develop the E-commerce
o Manages key clients and business priorities, research new account opportunities and volume business and develop
a detailed plan to include these new channels of distribution
o Extensive research and analysis on the market and competitors, identify risks and provide inputs and advice to the
Management and Product development and Marketing team
