Job Description The core focus of this role would be to support ad enable the regional commercial Finance Team of Finance Business Partners, Financial Planning team as well as adhoc extended support to the Financial Operations Team. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director you would be responsible for financial and operational reporting and analysis for the Africa Middle-East Region.

Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Support members of the Commercial Finance team with analysis and reporting responsibilities.
• Support business unit stakeholders in assessing available budget for headcount increases, travel and subsistence and other ad-hoc costs.
• Propose, design and execute cost saving initiatives across the business and region. The methodology followed must ensure that projects can be completed, from design to reporting, in short periods of time with measurable impact.
• Building strong relationships with GTM functions and other support functions such as People, IT, Marketing and Product Development.

Skills, know-how and experience: Must have:
• Corporate Accounting experience
• Effective communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Problem solving abilities
• Preferred: Finance experience within a multinational organisation in the Information Technology industry.
• Experience in having worked in a Matrix organisation
• Demonstrated ability to drive accurate and insightful reporting

Technical / professional qualifications:
Formal finance related training and education backed by practical experience in finance roles.
Key performance indicators:
• Improved reporting to business stakeholders in terms of cadence and quality.
• Successful implementation of measurable cost saving initiatives.
• Effective working relationship with stakeholders within Commercial Finance and related business units.
• Utilise project management skills to achieve deadlines.
