Job Description We’ve recently invested in our Sage Global ISV division and as a result, we’re seeking a an ISV Partner Success Manager to join the team. This is a global role which will work in partnership with our country partner teams to manage Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and white label accounts.
The ISV Partner Success Manager will be responsible for maximising the growth and expansion of Sage and its products by developing strong relationships with existing ISV’s and white label providers across all Sage products and managing those relationships for success. As this is a global role, you’ll work very closely with in-country ISV Partner Account Manager to understand successes within region, in order for successful initiatives to be replicated in additional regions in order to secure growth for Sage. You’ll also work directly with Partners on their o
We’re seeking candidates within a background in account management or a similar relationship-focused role working with Commercial Partners, ideally ISVs. You’ll be able to accurately articulate value propositions as well as communicate ideas and business cases to Partners. You’ll possess strong negotiation, presentation and influencing skills and will naturally be able to identify commercial opportunities across regions as well as execute on these. Due to the global nature of this role, we’re seeking candidates with a background working across regions and in a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Working with the commercial director of ISVs, peers and local teams to manage a group of ISV / white label provider’s growth across products and regions
• Working closely with the Sage product management and product marketing group teams to drive go to market activities to support the sales of partner ISV / white label products tightly integrated to Sage products
• Inspiring and influencing partner ISV and white label accounts to partner with Sage and deliver propositions that enhance and add value to Sage products and services globally.
• Manage an existing base of ISV / white label partners across the world to grow the partnership and extend integration functionality
• Developing strong working relationships with local partner teams and other key stakeholders around the organisation
• Achieving and exceeding KPI’s and objectives relating to managing ISV / white label partners for success
• Challenging our current thinking and coming up with innovative solutions as to how we grow ISV / white label revenue across all products and all geographies.
• Ensure all risks are identified early and that mitigation is planned and executed to protect the business, partners and colleagues
• Be an ambassador and evangelist for Sage and the ISV program inside and outside of the organisation
• Create or enhance an extensive network of contacts in the industry and associated industries.
Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
• 10+ years minimum partner account management experience
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
• Experienced account management in the partnerships arena
• Knowledge of SaaS and high growth partnership management
• Exceptional business and account planning skills are a must
• Exceptional negotiation skills are a must
• Exceptional presentation skills are essential
• Experience in; SaaS models, Global ISV Programmes highly desirable
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Strong relationship builder
• Excellent communication skills
• Quality focus
• Commercially minded
• Proven track record in a similar role with clear evidence of execution
• Experience of working in a matrix environment
Key performance indicators:
Extension of ISV / white label relationships and business across Sage products and geographies.
Develop and execute agreed upon GTM plans per agreed upon ISV / white label partner accounts.
Track performance of assigned ISVs, identify business trends, opportunities and areas of improvement, and develop success plans to address.
