A highly reputable legal firm is seeking to employ a detailed-orientated Office Support Specialist to report into the Head of Operations and be responsible for the following:
Key Performance Areas
Stock control management of office supplies and equipment.
Active involvement with office, building and practice support services like ensuring employee access to the premises.
Report and give feedback on stock trends, stock budgets and potential problems or opportunities regarding the stock.
Attend to internal office requests (calls logged) like logging issues, follow-ups on outstanding items and resolving problems.
Work Experience and Qualifications
10/+ years in a Professional Services Environment
Relevant B-Degree
Proficient on the full Microsoft Package
